These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tucsonrestorationpros.com (the “Site”), operated by Tucson Restoration Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By calling the number on this Site, submitting a form, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Are

Tucson Restoration Pros is a referral and dispatch service. We are not a restoration contractor, we do not perform water, fire, mold, or smoke damage restoration work ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We help connect homeowners and property managers with independent, third-party restoration companies that are licensed and insured in the states where they operate. When you contact us, we attempt to match your request with a business that services your area.

2. Independent Providers

Every restoration company we connect you with is an independently owned and operated business. Providers are not our employees, agents, franchisees, or joint venturers, and we do not supervise, direct, or control their work. Any agreement for restoration services — including scope, scheduling, and price — is strictly between you and the provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its performance.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, or outcome of any provider’s work. We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a qualified local provider, but you are responsible for verifying that any company you hire carries the license and insurance required for the work being performed in your state before authorizing work. Use of the Site does not create a warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Pricing

We do not set, collect, or guarantee pricing for restoration work. Any estimate, inspection, or price quote comes directly from the independent provider you are matched with, and is subject to change based on the provider’s own assessment of the job.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate information, use the Site only for legitimate requests related to restoration services, and independently verify the license, insurance, and reputation of any provider before authorizing work. You also agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting fraudulent requests or attempting to interfere with its operation.

6. Calls, Texts & Recording

Phone numbers displayed on the Site may be dynamically assigned for call tracking and routing purposes. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, routing, and compliance, where permitted by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how call and contact data is used.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tucson Restoration Pros and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party resources (for example, government agencies or industry standards bodies) for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Tucson Restoration Pros harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or a dispute between you and a provider you were matched with.

11. Emergencies

The Site is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For active flooding, follow the guidance of your local emergency management agency.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in a venue appropriate to the operating business, unless otherwise required by law.
